More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Also included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a legend detailing distinct areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.

More materials made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
